FAQs

What is covered in your cleaning service, and what is excluded?

Includes: sanitizing common and accessible surfaces, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning kitchens and bathrooms (such as sinks, countertops, baseboards, doors, polish fixtures and toilets).

Add-ons: For an extra fee, we offer Interior cleaning of oven, refrigerator, cabinet, and window cleaning. Please request these services in advance for availability. Any add cleaning requests during the visit may be completed depending on the time available.

Excluded: moving heavy furniture; walls, ceilings, or air ducts; handling hazardous materials; pest control; window track cleaning; exterior areas such as patio or garages, interior cleaning of washers, dryers, or dishwashers; dishwashing; carpet wash treatments, and deep stain removal from delicate surfaces.

How do I get my home ready for professional cleaning?​

Provide clear access to the property on the scheduled day. This may include sharing entry instructions, keys, or access codes, or arranging for someone to be present if required. If our cleaning team is unable to complete the service due to issues such as lack of access to the property or unsafe conditions a late cancellation or service fee may apply. ​

Water and electricity must be available for the service to be completed. ​

Secure your valuables  prior to the scheduled cleaning service, including but not limited to cash, jewelry, personal documents, and small high-value items. Clean with tiffany is not responsible for the loss or misplacement of items that were not properly secured or disclosed prior to service.

Store away fragile or delicate items to prevent accidental damage and make sure pets are safely contained during the cleaning to help everything go smoothly.

Put away dishes and food.

If you have any concerns after the service, you have up to 24 hours to report any missed areas or issues, and we will address them promptly.

Service Documentation and Notifications

Clean with tiffany reserves the right to document the general condition of the premises before and after the service.

This documentation will:

  • Not focus on personal or sensitive items

  • Be used strictly for internal records and dispute resolution 

Additionally, we may send text message notifications to confirm the arrival time window, service completion, or any other relevant updates related to your appointment.

Pricing and Timing

We accept cash and e-transfer as payment methods, and payment is due on the day the service is completed. Gratuities are optional but always welcome and appreciated.

Cleaning time varies by size and condition. We focus on quality, not speed.
